The term "normal" is usually referred to the scope of the connotations prevalent in the community, with "diversity" that of non-compliance. Different is the one who shows different connotation in appearance, culture, ideas, or membership. The tendency to point out the different, almost like a potential risk to others, has created no little damage to humanity.
The genius is almost always characterized the other, just as Galileo and against all this excommunicated from the Church or Jesus Christ that changed human history and was crucified. The fear of difference has led men to commit the same mistakes for the inability to learn from those committed. The same failure that has prevented progress by learning from history, it has shown how the parts can be reversed and mistakes of the past will inevitably backfire.
Prejudice is generally based on an unreasonable predilection for a particular point of view or a particular ideology. Such injury may lead eg to accept or reject the truth on the strength of the arguments in support, but based on the correspondence to their preconceived ideas, then without any reflection.
The absolute point of view, objective, universal, or even neutral, can not exist, but only made aware of the fact that his is one of the possible interpretations. Ignorance leads to negative prejudice and its truth does not make the falsehood of the other.
Normality is thus a form of injury imposed on a model which relate to habit, the stereotype of a group that tends to exclude the non-distinguishing homologues. Yet it is undeniable that subjectivity represents the fundamental value of diversity, human wealth, without it we would be a shapeless multitude of automata. Nature has made all men are similar but different subjects, their every action aimed at countering the natural order of things, clearly the result of erroneous beliefs.
