In recent decades it has been said that the cultural level of the Italian students was much higher than that of other countries, therefore, have been modified, using the "sleeves", the assessment criteria . With globalization and the entry into the European Union has highlighted the lack, for young graduates, PhD, already adopted by others, this has led to the bachelor and the proliferation of new degree courses, mostly useless. Some universities have set up campuses in other cities, sometimes with just writing. All those remedies should have been, proved worse than the disease.
Today the school, with the instruction that goes on more and more over time, assume the important role of supplementing the education of young people, partly because of less effective presence on the family. Rather than to a matriarchal society, the model evolves towards a family sized, with a member just because of this divorce, in which education could play a role again, and needed a substitute. Through the school, society is increasingly present in the training of young people, but is unable to integrate all its contradictions. The school, still too stuck on education, replaces only a small part in shaping young people's social and educational role in the primary so far played by the family. Should be a big step forward, past the new role of partial substitution of the family, promoting young people for access to employment. Less family and more companies seem to be the new goal toward which the social transformation underway. Until now there has been some tentative attempts, more words than in deeds, to reassess the social role of school in this society that fails to give adequate answers change. This always happens because the solutions to the problems raised by evolution, are a step behind the changes. They will be the new ruling class to put in the right order of priorities, it will be for future leadership roles to young people who participate directly in the performance of social transformation taking place, not to those who have already participated by showing little wisdom.
